Iranian Central Oil Fields Company (ICOFC) has completed 80 percent of its gas injection plans to Sarajeh Field in Qom, ICOFC CEO said

ICOFC recently introduced opportunities for investment under the newly developed IPC format. Phase 2 of Aghar gas field is one of these lucrative projects for foreign investment.

The natural gas output of South Zagros Oil and Gas Production Company (SZOGPC) is estimated to reach 58 billion cubic meters in the current Iranian calendar year which began on March 21, the companys CEO says

South Zagros oil and gas fields have so far yielded as much as 1,377 billion cubic meters of natural gas, Iranian Central Oil Fields Company (ICOFC) announced.

Sumar oil field, which was discovered in 2009 in the western province of Kermanshah, is jointly owned by Iran and Iraq. Sumar holds 475 million barrels of crude oil in place, 70 million barrels of which is recoverable. Iran plans to develop this field based on the new model of oil contracts: the IPC.

The gas production capacity of South Zagros Oil and Gas Production Company (SZOGPC) has increased by 2.5 million cubic meters per day, an official with the company said.

Austrian companies are keen on joining academic activities in Irans oil industry, a visiting delegation from Vienna said.

Signature of contracts for the development of 10 oil and gas fields is a top priority of Irans Ministry of Petroleum. This issue was highlighted by senior Iranian officials at the closing ceremony of the third annual Congress of the Iran Petroleum and Energy Club (IPEC).
