Well no.64 in Shorijeh D reservoir in Khangiran Operational Region was officially inaugurated. On the sideline of the inauguration ceremony of well no.64 Mohammad Reza Mehdi Poor managing director of East Oil and Gas Production Company said: well no.64 is among the 11 wells in Shorijeh D reservoir inaugurated to inject 10 million cubic meters of gas during the 8 warm month of the year and to produce 20 mcm/d in the last 4 month of the year. Managing director of EOGPC was quoted by ICOFC Public Relations as saying that concurrent with the inauguration of the aforementioned project a special fuel station was launched in the region to prevent evaporation of fuel and increase safety in Khangiran region. According to ICOFC, East Oil and Gas Production Company as one of the three subsidiaries under the Iranian Central Oil Fields Company is in charge of operating 4sweet and sour reservoirs of Khangiran and Gonbadly to feed Hashemi Nejad gas refinery in Khorasan Razavi province.
