The CEO of the Iranian Central Oil Fields Company said the company had planned to produce over a billion cubic meters of gas from Sarajeh gas storage facility in the winter.

According to ICOFC, last year, 902 million cubic meters of gas was recovered from the facility while 869 mcm of gas has been injected into the facility this year which means 150 mcm has been added to the recovery capacity of the plant for usage in the winter.

Ramin Hatami also voiced his company"s readiness to supply enough gas to meet the domestic need for the item in the winter.

"We are completely prepared for the winter," he said.
