Russia"s Gazprom Neft and the Oil Industries" Engineering and Construction (OIEC) presented to the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) their proposals for developing Iran"s Azar and Changouleh oilfields.

Senior executives from the two companies held a meeting with senior NIOC officials including Gholamreza Manouchehri, deputy for development and engineering at NIOC, on Monday, December 18, 2017, the company said, to present their plans for developing the fields.
