Manager of Integrated Planning at National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) Abdol-Mohammad Delparish said on Tuesday that Russian Zarubej Neft Company is willing to launch feasibility study on Dalpari and Danan fields west of Iran.

Delparish made the remark on the sidelines of a ceremony, where the NIOC and Zarubej Neft signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation.

He told Shana that based on the MoU, the Russian company is to conduct feasibility study along with the NIOC on Paydar Gharb and Aban oilfields.

He said the Russian company has also voiced willingness for such study in Dalpari and Danan oil fields but no MoU to that effect has yet been signed.

Once finishing the study, the Russian Company will offer its proposal for increasing the coefficient of oil recovery.
