Managing Director of National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) Bijan Alipour says manufacture of 14,000 oil industry items has been indigenized.

Speaking on the sidelines of a tour of Khouzestan Permanent Exhibition Bijan Alipour says about 8,0000 to the indigenized goods have been manufactured and about 6,000 are getting manufactured.

Alipour said the sanctions had encouraged Iranian experts to turn to indigenization of the items manufacturing.

He said 20 groups of items have been specified for indigenized manufacturing by Ministry of Petroleum.
