Managing-director of Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ) said midstream oil and gas industries will develop in PSEEZ in line with the resistive economy principles

Managing-director of Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ) said midstream oil and gas industries will develop in PSEEZ in line with the resistive economy principles. Addressing a meeting with senior officials from National Petrochemical Company (NPC) in PSEEZ, Mehdi Yousefi said plans are underway to develop the industries in the region in order to curb sale of crude oil and gas and generate more valued added for the country. He said at least 1000 acres of land is available for development of such industries in PSEEZ, adding that investment opportunities in the region must be introduced to potential investors in the private sector. "Materialization of the provision of the resistive economy is one of the priorities of the Ministry of Petroleum and to that end, the value chain must be completed and midstream industries must be developed," he said.
