The three-phase separator tank was localized with the aim of using it for the transfer of sour fluids in Khangiran Region. The project was carried out with the cooperation of experts from the Iranian Central Oil Fields Company as well as Iranian manufacturers.

According to the Company, Peyman Imani, the company"s director of engineering and construction, said: "As a result of constructive cooperation between the company"s specialists and a local company, a three-phase separator tank for use in transferring sour liquids in Khangiran region was built and is being installed in the operational position."

He added the alloy of sheets and nozzles used in this tank weighs 90 tons and has a capacity of 50 cubic meters, adding it is made according to the NACE standards and is suitable for sour liquids.
